Capital Business District (CBD)

The Capital Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital is a large-scale project that required a variety of waterproofing and roofing solutions. Target Engineering provided the following services:

Project Description:

• Foundation, Retaining Walls, and Water Features Waterproofing: EPDM waterproofing was used for the foundation and retaining walls, as well as the various water features located throughout the CBD. This type of waterproofing is durable and long-lasting, and it can be used in a variety of applications.
• Tanks Waterproofing: Hot Applied Pure Polyurea and 2-component PU were used for the tanks waterproofing. This type of waterproofing is ideal for tanks because it is resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
• Wet Areas Waterproofing: Cementitious coating was used for the wet areas waterproofing. This type of waterproofing is ideal for wet areas because it is resistant to moisture and mold growth.
• Landscape Waterproofing: EPDM waterproofing was also used for the landscape waterproofing. This type of waterproofing is ideal for landscapes because it is flexible and can be easily conformed to different shapes.
• Roofing: Polyurethane was used for the roofing. This type of roofing is durable and energy-efficient.
